Construction and real estate projects are complex; their implementation involves various opportunities and risks and presents developers with challenging tasks.

wpw supports public and private clients from project initiation through to commissioning. In doing so, we draw on both our methodological expertise and our broad technical knowledge across various fields of the construction industry. We keep a close eye on project goals, deadlines, quality, and costs, and manage the project from a holistic perspective.

Our approach

Together with the client, we define the project, develop project structures, assist with the awarding of planning and construction contracts, coordinate the planning team, provide the client with a basis for decision-making, and keep the project goals in sight. In doing so, we prioritize transparency, open communication, and early risk identification. Our goal: projects that are completed reliably and efficiently.

wpw supports building owners with new construction, renovation, and retrofitting—in building construction, civil engineering, and structural engineering, as well as in geotechnical and environmental engineering. With experts from all disciplines, we support projects from the planning stage through construction to commissioning. In doing so, we always take into account the criteria for sustainable planning, construction, and operation.
