Good planning is the foundation—but it’s only on the construction site that it becomes clear whether a project will truly be successfully completed. Construction supervision means taking responsibility: for quality, costs, deadlines, and, above all, for the safety of everyone involved.

WPW supports construction projects with experience, care, and foresight. We monitor, document, and manage all processes to ensure that the plans align with reality.

Our approach

For our clients, we provide construction management services in accordance with the HOAI: as project supervisors, senior construction managers, and on-site construction supervisors. We verify that all trades are carried out in accordance with the plans, codes, and quality standards. We identify deviations early on so that corrective measures can be implemented in a timely manner. In doing so, we prioritize transparency in communication—to ensure the project runs smoothly.

In addition to traditional project supervision by architects, we also provide specialized construction management for technical systems. For transportation facilities and civil engineering structures, we offer on-site construction supervision, either as a standalone service or as part of a comprehensive package that includes overall construction management. Our construction supervisors are also qualified in health and safety coordination.
