Public procurement law is complex and provides the framework for the bidding process and the awarding of contracts for freelance services and construction work.

Conducting procurement procedures in compliance with the law is an essential prerequisite for the goal-oriented and timely execution of construction projects. For public construction projects financed by grants, compliance with the law—and, in particular, proper documentation of the procurement procedures—is an essential prerequisite for the award of grants.

WPW assists public and private contracting authorities in the preparation, execution, and documentation of procurement procedures.

Our approach

We work with the client early on to develop an overview of all the procurement procedures required for a project, assist with estimating the contract value, and help select the appropriate procurement method. We then work with the client and, if necessary, the planning team to prepare the requests for proposals, manage the processes through a procurement platform, assist with the analysis of the results, and document the entire process.
