The Decisive Moment
Commissioning marks the transition from the planning and construction phases to the operational phase—and is thus one of the most critical moments in a building’s life cycle. Errors during this phase can have financial consequences and long-term effects.
As part of its commissioning management services, WPW structures and oversees the entire commissioning process as well as technical monitoring to ensure the functionality and safety of the building’s technical systems. In addition, WPW optimizes the technical systems as part of its technical monitoring during the first few years of operation.

We develop test plans, coordinate processes, and document results. In doing so, we ensure that technical systems not only function properly but are also optimally coordinated with one another.
