Dual study program
Do you want to combine theory and practice and help shape real projects during your studies? Then our dual study programs are just right for you: here you can gain valuable practical experience and start an exciting career in the construction and technology industry straight away.
- Technical building equipment (TGA): Planning of heating, air conditioning, water, building automation – with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Electrical engineering: Planning electrical systems – from lighting to smart buildings.
- Infrastructure / Civil engineering: Construction of roads, bridges, canals and pipelines – the basis for networked cities and regions.
Internship & taster days
Still not sure what suits you? No problem! Whether it’s a school internship, Girls’ Day, taster day, “Look inside” or a voluntary vacation internship – at wpw you can get to know and try out different professions. This will quickly show you how exciting construction, technology and planning really are – and you may even discover your dream job.

Apprenticeships at wpw
Architecture, civil engineering & structural engineering
Do you want to see how an idea becomes a building? Then you’ve come to the right place.
- Architecture: Planning of buildings, floor plans and details.
- Civil engineering: Planning of underground structures – e.g. foundations, pipelines, road substructures.
- Structural design: Development and calculation of load-bearing structures – so that buildings and structures are safe and stable.
Electrical engineering & supply engineering
You bring buildings to life: with electricity, water, air, light and heat.
- Electrical engineering: planning of power supply, lighting, security technology.
- Supply technology: Everything to do with heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water – for comfort and efficiency.
Quality assurance, testing, earthworks & landfill construction
Out onto the construction site! Here you check whether everything has been built correctly, take measurements and make sure that materials deliver what they promise.
- Quality assurance & testing: Control, measurements, documentation.
- Earthworks & landfill construction: focus on soil, materials and safety.
Office management assistants (m/f/d)
To ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background:
You will work in various departments such as Financial Accounting, Accounting, IT, Purchasing, Communications and HR.
You will learn how to book invoices, procure materials, organize trips and manage processes.
