Expansion Design Center Ford

The expansion of the Ford Design Center at the Cologne-Merkenich site has created a forward-looking space for creativity and interdisciplinary collaboration. Covering around 3,000 m², the light-filled new building complements the existing structure and reflects Ford’s open design philosophy in its architecture. wpw planned a transparent, horizontally structured building with flowing spatial configurations that foster communication and inspire creativity.

New energy supply building at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf

wpw planned the complete modernisation of the central energy supply system at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf, one of Germany’s leading large-scale research centres. As part of the modernisation of the former nuclear research institute, a new, future-oriented energy centre was developed to supply around 40 buildings with heating, cooling and electricity.

New DB Campus Erfurt – House 1

With the construction of House 1, a central component of the future DB Campus – a place for qualification, exchange and innovation within Deutsche Bahn – is being created in ICE City East Erfurt. As the first building on the former freight station site, House 1 marks the beginning of a modern learning and working environment in the immediate vicinity of Erfurt Central Station.
