Public procurement law is complex and provides the legal framework for the tendering and award of contracts for professional services and construction works.

Conducting procurement procedures in compliance with applicable regulations is an essential prerequisite for the efficient and timely implementation of construction projects. For publicly funded construction projects, compliance with procurement law – and, in particular, the proper documentation of procurement procedures – is also an essential requirement for securing grant funding.

wpw supports public and private contracting authorities in the preparation, execution and documentation of procurement procedures.

Our approach

We work with our clients at an early stage to develop a comprehensive overview of all procurement procedures required for a project, assist with estimating contract values and advise on the selection of the appropriate procurement procedure. We then work with the client and, where necessary, the planning team to prepare the tender documents, manage the procurement procedures via a procurement platform, support the evaluation of submissions and document the entire process.
