Replacement Construction of Bridge BW 6409 530 over the A 62

As part of the development of the Heide-Weistrich Eco-Park and the planning of a new highway interchange on the A 62, the existing BW 6409 530 overpass will be replaced with a new structure. The new bridge will connect County Road K 60 and the parallel K 61 and will meet future traffic demands.

The new structure will be built parallel to the existing bridge to maintain traffic flow during construction. A pedestrian and bicycle path will also be built alongside one side of the bridge. Once construction is complete, the old bridge will be demolished.
