BMW Brilliance Automotive – Tiexi Greenfield Plant

For the construction of the new BMW Brilliance Automotive plant in Shenyang, China, wpw served as the general planner responsible for the entire infrastructure. This included all technical structures, utility and waste management systems, as well as the associated infrastructure buildings. In addition, wpw handled the overall coordination of the plant, including building automation and BIM management.

The planning was carried out entirely using BIM methodology to ensure efficient, precise, and integrated implementation. The digital integration of all planning disciplines enabled a high standard of construction quality and transparency throughout the entire project—a milestone in international industrial planning and a testament to WPW’s expertise in complex, technology-driven large-scale projects.
