BMW Brilliance Automotive – Tiexi Greenfield Plant

For the construction of the new BMW Brilliance Automotive plant in Shenyang, China, wpw served as the general planner responsible for the entire infrastructure. This included all technical structures, utility and waste management systems, as well as the associated infrastructure buildings. In addition, wpw was responsible for the overall coordination of the plant, including building automation and BIM management.

The entire planning process was carried out using BIM methodology to ensure efficient, precise and integrated implementation. The digital integration of all planning disciplines enabled a high level of transparency and coordination throughout the project and supported the consistent implementation of construction quality standards – an example of international industrial planning for a complex, technology-driven large-scale project.
