Safety Through Precise Analysis

Building hazardous substance surveys are a key component of safe renovation and demolition planning. Our experts identify and assess hazardous substances such as asbestos, man-made mineral fibers (KMF), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and other hazardous substances in all types of buildings. Our work is based on the relevant guidelines and regulations, in particular the VDI guidelines (e.g., VDI 3866) and the Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances (TRGS 517, TRGS 519, TRGS 524).

 

Our approach

We conduct systematic sampling and laboratory analyses to ensure a reliable assessment of the contamination situation. The investigation includes both surface and material samples, indoor air measurements, and particulate matter analyses. Based on the results, we create detailed pollutant inventories and provide recommendations for safe handling and proper disposal.
