Ford Plant in Cologne – Interior Design of “Henry’s” Bistro

As part of the modernisation of the working environment at the Ford plants in Cologne, a former vending machine area was transformed into a modern bistro. The new “Henry’s” features high-quality interior design, a well-considered layout and a coherent overall concept designed to promote communication and social interaction.

Working closely with the kitchen designer, wpw developed a space that provides optimal conditions for sales, food preparation and social interaction. The result is a functional and welcoming environment that combines practical requirements with a contemporary design.
Since its opening, the bistro has been well received by employees and is regarded as a model for future renovation projects. The management was also highly satisfied with the result.
